At Faith Factory Enrichment Center, we are committed to creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment where every child is valued, supported, and inspired to grow. Our philosophy centers around supporting the whole child — academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and creatively — while building strong relationships with families and the community.
Our program utilizes the HighScope Curriculum, which is rooted in active, hands-on learning. We believe children learn best by doing, exploring, questioning, and interacting with the world around them. Teachers serve as guides and role models, intentionally creating meaningful learning experiences that encourage independence, confidence, problem-solving, and critical thinking. Daily routines include child-initiated learning, small- and large-group instruction, purposeful play, outdoor experiences, and opportunities for reflection and social-emotional development.
What makes our program unique is our intentional focus on creating a warm, family-centered environment where children feel safe, celebrated, and empowered to succeed. We emphasize positive relationships, individualized support, creativity, enrichment experiences, and kindergarten readiness while recognizing that every child develops at their own pace. Our classrooms are designed to foster curiosity, communication, leadership, and a lifelong love of learning through engaging experiences that are both educational and meaningful.
